Vernon Walkins Transport Services has successfully relocated the offices of Hamil Smith and Co. Ltd from St. Vincent Street to the corner of Dere and Albion Street. We supplied all packing materials. After moving in we unpacked, installed and placed all items in their respective locations and removed all debris.

Cathedral Credit Union Cooperative Society - January 2001
Vernon Walkins Transport Service was selected to relocate the cooperation to their new premises at Corner of Park and Edward Streets, Port of Spain. We provided packaging materials and cartons so as to ensure the safety and integrity of furniture and equipment. We also reengineered the existing filling system layout so as to optimize the space allocation of the Credit Union. We disposed of confidential papers in keeping with industry standards given the sensitive nature of the documents.
Guardian Life
We were the appointed transport logistics provider contracted to relocate the company from their old location on Independence Square, Port of Spain to their new corporate Head Office at West Moorings. Some of the items we were responsible for and had in our care and management were furniture, filing systems, confidential papers, stationery stock, fireproof vaults and cabinets. We were also responsible for packaging and relocation of over 300 personal computers and over 200 paintings. As part of this project we also relocated regional offices to other offices country wide. The duration of this project was November 1999 to January 2000.
World Steel Pan Music Festival
In October 2000 we were indeed proud to share the spotlight with our National Instrument, at this marquee event in our national history. We were contracted by Pan Trinbago, as the official transport logistics provider for the full duration of the festival. We were responsible for moving personnel, luggage, stage and lighting equipment. PA systems and musical instruments for the nine musical orchestras that came form Europe, America, Trinidad and Tobago and other parts of the Caribbean. This we did on time, each time and with great success. Working behind the scenes to ensure the show was a success.
The Office of the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago
We were selected to undertake the relocation of this Office from the Eric Williams Financial Complex to Whitehall Queens Park West. This was a two-phase project under the aegis of the Ministry of Works and Transport. We were required to move the contents of the entire building to MTS plaza for the first phase. The second phase involved us moving the entire office of the Prime Minister including, files, documents, office furniture, computers, filling cabinets, fire proof safes etc. to Whitehall. This project was undertaken during the period January to March of 1999.
